My laptop freezes when i turn it on...help!!!

I don't think that you'll be able to see the status of your battery because it is disable. If you enable it, you'll have always your freezing problem. So you have to choose between freezing or battery!

but if it is disable , then how can my computer be operated?And I think it is only one battery that I have been using, are there many batteries inside my laptop?

Disable this option does not mean that you will not use the battery. I myself made ??the manipulation and I'm in the same situation as you since I had this same problem.

The computer will always continue to use the battery, but if this situation does not suit you, you can always redo the manipulation to reappear your battery but your freezing problems will certainly come back.
