are you sure your windows 7 have complete drivers and capability drivers?? info if your windows 7 is ultimate check the all driver is work or not working they cause of mixing drivers example audio driver by: realtek and soundcard direct x9.0 if your driver is not compatible the soundcard maybe running or not running or replace runing gets??? check in taskmanager or use software driver robot to check capability you your computer
