There is no two ways about it. You must be able to log in your alternate e-mail otherwise your goose is cooked and you must forget about your account recovery.

Can someone please help me my hotmail account has being blocked,to unblocked it i have to get a code to my verification email, which is a old email i can not log in to may anymore. can someone help me.I need this e-mail please help me.Thank you.

Here is how you might solve the issue. This is the very last resort that worked for many others.
Open a brand new MSN/Hotmail account. On the main page, top right corner you will see a link "Ask a question", click on it and it will take you to a forum. Explain the situation in detail. A Hotmail moderator should give you the solution within 24 to 48 hours.
