Wet ipod touch3 wont turn onn

so today my water battle was not close and i put it in my bag, wen i reliaze i took out my ipod touch n its not rele wet and it works perfectly. when i got home i charge it cuz it almost ran out of battery and now it is not turning on. when u charge it it does nothing. i try to press the home&top botton for 20 sec or so, it is still doing nothing, im rele scared please tell me what to do.
