Hello,
my dell inspiron 1440 laptop won't start up? it hasn't been letting me click on anything for a few days... I went back today and now it won't start at all. After trying to turn the computer on, the following error message comes up:
"internal hard disk drive not found
To resolve this issue, try to reseat the drive."

This is a hardware error. Either the hard drive is disconnected or has failed. I suggest a trip to the local computer repair shop.
