I cannot access any other browsers except IE

Hello,

i have a wireless internet connection. bt i cannot access any browsers except internet explorer . i tried downloading google chrome but it says cannot connect to the internet even if the internet is connected.
pleasa help me out of this..

1.Check your browsers proxy settings
2.Can you browse after disabling your security softwares???
3.Make sure that your ip and dns has been configured to assign automatically
