Hi LT,
1. Since when are you facing this issue?
2. Were there any changes made prior to this issue?
3. What is the error code you get?
Provide us the exact error code you get along with the error message so we troubleshoot the issue better.
Enable VGA [Video Graphics Array] mode and check if you are able to get to the desktop.
This option starts Windows in 640 x 480 mode by using the current video driver (not Vga.sys). This mode is useful if the display is configured for a setting that the monitor cannot display.
Advanced startup options (including safe mode):

Let us know if you are able to get into VGA mode so we can continue with further troubleshooting.
