Apple Wired Keyboard

Hello,

I have a wireless keyboard and the letters c,s,and z doesn't work. I tried
cleaning each key mentioned, to no avail. So, I purchased the Apple Wired Numeric Keyboard, and the function keys are not doing the proper function that's
on each key and it's driving me crazy! How do I fix this problem? Please Help!
