Laptop wont turn on

My packard bell easynote tj71 will not start at all, i have tried all the solutions i could find but the only one that worked was the ATX reset, however this only worked once, since the laptop started not turning on I have managed to turn it on 4 times (one via the ATX reset) however it just turns on randomly and there is no method to turn it on that has worked twice. The only thing the laptop will do is charge.
