404 not found nginx (opening videos)

Hello, My issue is that I got a new iPhone this past January, and all videos that were sent to me on WhatsApp before then will not play, download, etc. I assume it's because they were not properly backed up on my old phone, so I can't play them on my new phone. Is there anything I can do to restore them? Thank you so much!

I have a strange problem with youtube. Videos that I could see before now I can hear only the sound. And this is happening since last week end. The funny thing is that videos with advertisements works good. I tried to run again the computer or also to restart my computer from a certain point in the past losing the latest updates and I thought I could work. It worked but only for one day.

I have just spent about 3 hours on this malware issue that misdirected my browser when attempting to go to my home page at Google.com, thus giving me a 404 error message and below that nginx.
