Not sure what OS do you use
go to run and type
eventvwr and click ok
Select SYSTEM logs and check for recent errors especially disk,atapi errors.
You can go to view-filter
and mention 7 and 11 in event id
Try to search for these errors.
Did you get bluescreen recently?
Check if your RAM has been seated properly
