I need help with my Ipod touch second gen?

Hello,
okay so a few days ago i replaced the LCD and glass/digitizer in my iPod Touch second generation and well it did this way before but everytime it goes dead when i charge it a bit it always goes in recovery mode or it shows the USB symbol and the itunes symbol it does this everytime its veryy irritating because i have to restore it everytime it goes dead what is causing this? why does it do this? can someone help me?
