Can.t down load itunes 10.5

Hello,

cant download iTunes 10.5 keep getting message that read like this" iTunes was not installed correctly Error7...reinstall iTune or iTunes helper was not installed correctly error & windows error 5.
At this point I have uninstall every thing pertaining to apple (for the 3rd time & still could down load iTune...does any one have any suggestion...PLEASE help

Download and install

check for apple software update ,itunes entries

Remove it and then install
