Web sites wont load

Hello,

I've been having this problem with the internet on my Toshiba Satellite Laptop. When I use Firefox it opens to Google just fine and will work for a couple other pages, but then it will just sit there and load FOREVER. I then have to exit Firefox and then reopen it. It doesn't do it to me when I use Google, but it will never open Netflix. I also can't have more then 2 tabs going at the same time and it will happen over and over to the same site so I can't make any progress searching for things on the internet. I try using Internet Explorer, but it runs really slow. Please help.
