Flash Disk 2.0 USB Device Closed

Hello, 



I just recently bought a 32MB USB and within a day it gives me messages like it needs to be formated and when trying to format it says that "Was unable to be formate", did I just waste my money or what? Please assist...

Go to run and type

diskmgmt.msc and click ok

Right click on your USB >>> format 

If that doesnt solve the issue

Try this

Still you face the problem ,REPLACE it
