Mouse and Keyboard Problems on XP Box

Hello,
I just got a new Computer (Vistaa) and am trying to set up my old machine (XP) for my grandaughter.
My wife sold wireless keyboard/mouse setup at garrage sale and now XP comes up with user menu, but won't react to any USB Mouse or Keyboard.

I think I need to turn off the wirless mouse setup, but can't get in to do it.

Can someone tell me how to get this done in the CMOS.

You may need to plug in a PS2 keyboard and mouse. The PS2 devices should work even if you have a special USB keyboard driver running. Good Luck
