Mess with shift keys

Hello,
sir .. my problem is that yesterday I formatted my computer and now the shift keys won't type the @ sign in my email address as this is a laptop it not as simple.
Instead of typing @ it types " , these two letters has been swapped .../
plzz help me I want to remove this problem .. really a big problem .... so help me out ..

This might be caused by a miss-match between the keyboard language in Windows and the keyboard. I would go to the keyboard icon in the Control Panel and change the language.
