my computer wont open windows/system32 missin Closed

Question

Hello, 



my computer wont start  because the following file is missing or corrupt \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM   

and then you can attempt to repair this file by starting windows setup using the original setup CD-ROM press r to repair      

but i dont have the setup cd-rom and i dont know how to fix this help please

Definitely we need a XP OS CD,borrow from someone
