Try this
Option 1:
Go to run and type
ncpa.cpl and click ok
Right click on the Local Area Connection icon
select properties
click on the Configure - Click on the Advanced tab
Select Speed & Duplex
Select a setting other than auto mode and see if it works.
Option 2:
Change your ethernet cable and try
