Hello,
There are three possible causes to your issue which are often reported with laptops;
1. Dirty keys which must be removed and cleaned.
2. A circuit problem which a manufacturer's fault
3. A virus
Try cleaning the keys, scan you laptop for viruses and if that fails, you must see a technician.
