PCI device probably refers to an "unknown" device attached to the PCI bus. Did you go to the manufacturer's support web site and download the device drivers for your make and model?
i have check from everywhere but i cant find out any driver like PCI Device,

That's because it's a generic error. All Windows knows is that it can't find a driver for a device on the PCI bus. Hence the name "PCI Device". Maybe you should list what drivers Windows has loaded and what driver you have downloaded/installed.
