Problem in opening folders by double click...

Hello everyone,

With a very high respect and honor I want a solution for a problem to you that I'm experiencing for about 2 weeks.

During opening any of the folders in my pc by double click, a dialogue box appears showing "the path is not permitted". I tried different anti viruses and also tried restoring and re-imaging but the problem was not solved.

Please anyone kindly help me. It would be pleasure to me receiving any kind of help from you.
