Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Enter the below command
ping www.google.com ---> Press Enter. Let me know if your getting a reply message or not.
If you failed to get reply messages then
Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any
yellow mark?
