I cant connect to the internet

Hello,



i have hp laptop and internet is connected fine but softwares and browsers can't connect to the internet even idm doesn't work, the only program that connects is ie 64 bit, recently i had avast antivirus but it crushed then i uninstalled it from the system. please HEEEELLLP!!!!

Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type cmd and press Enter. "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Enter the below command
ping www.google.com ---> Press Enter. Let me know if your getting a reply message or not.
If you failed to get reply messages then
Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter. "Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any
yellow mark?

in cmd i got this

Download the network drivers and install it once again.
