Hello,
Try this 1
Step 1:
Click on the below link and download the file "AutorunExterminator"
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/
Extract it --> Double-click on "AutorunExterminator" --> Plug your pen drive now.
This will remove the autorun.inf files from your External pen drive and also from
the drives.
Step 2:
After that, download the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from the below link
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/
Update it --> Perform "Full Scan"
Note : Default selected option is "Quick Scan".
Now format your pen drive and check if the problem still exists.

when i perform scan the result is some files couldnt be scanned and there is some sort of abnormal language in each folder when i open it..i also created a text document named autorun and i copied that file to my memory card some files are repaired but there are alot of files which are not repaired ..plz help me

Did you ran the "AutorunExterminator" tool?.
Plug your pen drive --> Run the malware anti-malware --> backup your data from the pen drive, format it and check if your problem still exists.

If you permit me a grain of salt.
There is a tool to desinfect USB's. The site is in French bit the tool should adapt to your machine's language.
It will not only desinfect but it will also vaccinate.
Go to the following site and download the tool (right hand of the page "téléchargement". Connect all of your USB memory devices and run the tool which will later give you a log txt.
