Sorry, there is not much we can do for you. These symptoms are often caused by a motherboard failure. This can only be diagnosed by hands-on examination of the laptop. I suggest you take it to a qualified repair tech. If the laptop is out of waranty then it will probably cost more to fix it than to buy a new laptop.
