My laptop doesn't connect Internet

Sorry it take me two days to respond it. I'm a very bad user of Internet, emails an other of this kind of things.
More, I am not English speaker or writer. But, anyway, I'm trying to do it good.
I do really appreciate if you could give me some directions about my problem.

Hello

I suggest you contact your Internet service provider who will free of charge help you configure and connect your internet.

Hi,

If you keep having problems after calling you internet provider, you should bring your laptop in for repair at any local PC shop. Your network card might be broken.
