Connecting and disconnecting load web pages

Hello,

I am on my neighbor's wireless network and never had a problem until about a week ago. I can connect but can't load any web pages without disconnecting and reconnecting to the network. I have Vista. I had my neighbor come over and he said Vista was the problem. But I've had Vista all along so that doesn't make sense to me. Having to constantly connect and disconnect to the network is very frustrating. Any ideas? THANKS!!

Did you download updates to your security software? You can restore Vista using a date prior to the problem starting.
