Copy/Paste Macro for Excel 2011 for Mac

I am in of help!
I've tried searching the forum for a code that will work but sadly i've not found one. I am try to create/code a macro or button that will copy a range of cells from one worksheet to another in the same workbook. Can any one help me with this? My main job does not involve coding and i'm just at a loss

sheet "ZC Req" if "y" in Column G then copy cells B, C, and D of that row and Paste in to 1st blank row starting in column B in Sheet "RTS Req"

Please help it doesn't have to be "for mac" any code that would get me part way there would be super helpful
