Internet Connected, But Won't Connect Servers

Hello, my internet is connected- and totally working. I can browse the web with all web browsers. One thing strange is, when I download a program that has to connect to the internet (Like Photoshop), it gives me errors, saying "Unable to connect to Server". This happens with most programs that I try to download, like Camtasia 7, Photoshop, Adobe Download Assistant, and more.

This is very annoying, considering I can never register my products. Please help me A.S.A.P. I need these programs. :(

turn off ur windows internet protection mode and firewell when upgrading ur software
