Sharing internet in w7

Hello,
sorry for the last time question in an improper way sorry
ok please try to fix my problem friend
I have connected pc and laptop using ethernet cable[i have created lan] but i couldnot share internet to laptop,i have connected the wireless[bsnl EVDO]internet to my pc, but i can share files between pc to laptop[vise versa]any solution friend ?
please help me friend?
