Partitions except C: not shown by my computer [Closed]

Hello,

my computer does not show my D drive and E drive.
when i goto computer > manage > storage the drive does not appear.

down there i see three partitions but when i left click and click properties other partitions except C: then an error is shown saying "operation failed because disk management console view is not up-to date."

What do i do now????
