Gateway Computer won't start up

Hello,

help please my computer turns on gets to the page where it says starting windows but it doesn't go past that it just stays there and "starts" but never does. How do I get my computer to start normally please thank you

You can than restore your computer back to a date where it was working properly. There is no data lost.
