Let me do a last check with a new log in normal mode. After that, I'm afraid that I may not find the issue.
It's the very first time I see a case such as yours.

Hi Ambucias,
Apart from my above clarification,
Can you help me
1. To identify, which applications are loaded automatically in "Safe Mode with networking"
2. To identify application loaded automatically in "Normal Mode"
3. How can I stop application from loading automatically in "Normal Mode".
I want in "Normal Mode" to load only those application which are started initially in "Safe Mode with networking"
If it is related due to some application been started in Normal mode, we can trace it. Maybe in your script, which we have executed earlier, you have killed those process after it has started, maybe that process killing, it did not matter and made the system to re-boot. This is just my guess.
Regards,
Rosh

Hi
Good idea! For both safe mode and normal mode.
1. Go to run and type msconfig click ok
2. Locate the application (by comparing safe and normal) and uncheck it.
3. Click apply and you will be asked to restart.
Let me know
