Tried 3 monitors but all showing:NO SIGNAL"

Well that narrows the issue.
1. You cable needs to be replaced if it does not work after the test.
2. You video card is fried and must be replaced.
Sorry for the bad news but you can also contact a technician.

Thanks guys for your help in sorting out this issue.
I was able to narrow down the problem by buying a a new DVI Video card which responded well with the new board I installed.
I was able to load all the motherboad drivers but the only thing which failed to work was the onboard VGA card on the motherboard.
I will avoid using the onboard VGA card and continue working with DVI video card.
