Hello,
i have done the whole f8 thing and it worked up until it was reprogramimg my labtop it threw up a message saying it couldnt repair it cause it had an IO device error with the error 0x8007045D any suggestions, and now that my computer turned off when i turn it on a black screen comes on with the message BOOTMGR is missing

You probably have a hardware problem, I suspect it's either the hard disk or the memory. A repair shop probably can diagnose the problem.
