Windows XP SP 3 sound drivers

Hi there

I am not able to use mic with my computer when I tried the Settings for mic. It is not allowing me to make any kind of changes in it.

I think I need the drivers for it.

Please help me for the same!

Will be really thankful.

A bit more information can help us solve the issue:
  • Is this a brand new mic?
  • Did it ever work before?
  • Where did you purchase it? (Kind of store)
  • What is the make and model?
  • Did it come with any software?

my computer have a problem about the I need service pack 3 for my sound card .how do I download please help?
