Hello,
I recently bought a new router (linksys smart wifi router N900, model number EA4500). I unhooked my old router and hooked up the new one. I use the installation cd to install. I was able to change the name and password with no problems. My laptop, phone, etc connected with no problem (showing full signal). When I try to connect to a webpage, it says I'm not connected to the Internet. The same occurs when I try to connect my laptop directly to the router using the Ethernet cable. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. If I connected my old router back up, it works fine. Please help!

I suggest you contact Linksys via phone.
