Hello,
I'm using Sony Vaio laptop model PCG-7184L ..i want to format my laptop..but i dont have the Sony recovery disc...plzzzz plzzz plz help me how to format my laptop....urgently

Try Alt + F10 during the boot

The only possible solution is for you to contact Sony ("make believe") support and obtain the disks from them.
