Hi Parikshiet,
This problem might happen if the audio processor on the Video card is not enabled. To enable the audio processor on the Video card, follow the steps below:
1. Right-click the volume control icon on the bottom taskbar and click on "Playback Devices". This will open a window for sound options.
2. In the "Playback" tab, select "Digital Output Device" or "HDMI" as the default device, click "Set Default" and click "OK" to save the changes.
Do reply with results.
