Hello, I am wondering why when I go to connect, my modem tells me that there is another connection using my internet and my connection may not work correctly.
Can someone please tell me why this is happening.

I have a telstra 4G sierra wireless connection, I think

A wireless connection will be slower than a DSL or Cable connection. I suggest that you contact your ISP (Bigpond) and explain the issue.
