every time I turn on my laptop, that appears on the screen...
How could I resolve this?? HELP!!
i'm using windows 7 home premium. thanks
i'm hoping for a kind response.

This sounds like your antivirus deleted the file but left the start command in the registry. You could download and try Malwarebytes. I might be able to clear the registry problem.
