Toshiba laptop help!?!

Hello,

I decide to restart my toshiba laptop back to factory mode it started to restart I realize it was going real slow so I shut the computer off then turn back on now it goes to the toshiba turn on screen and it saids at the bottom diagnosing your pc Then the screen turns black and saids preparing automatic repair then goes back to the first screen can someone please help me I haven't had this computer accepted for week I don't have recovery disc or warranty
