Is everyone satisfied with "Inspiron One 2320? I received this "refurbished" computer last week, and every day seems to be a problem. I have contacted Dell technicians twice and each time they do help but then again there is a problem. Since there is only a 21 day return policy, this is getting me quite nervous. And then the software is only good for 30 days, so if there is a problem I have to pay for them to fix it. Shouldn't there be a longer period for software and hardware say at least three years? I am quite upset and I do have three other Dell computers and never had problems. Seriously thinking of sending it back. Thank you and have a nice weekend.

That is a rather short warranty period. But, refurbished computers probably should not be purchased by anyone that needs extensive support.

It might be prudent to return the computer.
