Dell Central Webcam not working

Hello,
I would want to inform that the dell webcam isn't working in my laptop, Dell inspiron 14R 5420. Would you please suggest me some ways how I can do it. when I try to download the dell webcam central, it mentions that I haven't installed dell webcam central. I would be grateful if my problem would be solved.
