Hello,

I am having a problem with my web cam . i use INTEX IT 305 WC. But while doing video chats,its getting stuck very frequently.Can anyone please help me to figure out and correct the problem. hoping that you will consider my request.Thank you for showing interest in this genuine doubt of mine ..

Hi riyamenon,

Please try the below mentioned steps and check if this fixes the problem:

1. Download and Install the latest Audio drivers, Video drivers. Then download and install Intex IT-305WC Webcam drivers from the below mentioned link:
https://ccm.net/faq/4071-intex-it-305wc-webcam-driver-download
2. Increase the Available Light, undo all effects, and change the resolution, color and contrast of the Light Source.
