I did what you said but at the end I stopped at sending data to my alternate mail which I can't also log in. He also deal with me as I forgot my password. I do remember the password but the problem is asking me a secret question beside to the password

Well, if you can't log in to your alternate address which contains the solution I guess that your goose is cooked. Try to find a way to your alternate.
