                    Hi sarkis510,
Try the below mentioned steps and check if you are able to boot with the disc:
1. Press <F12> when the Dell logo appears to initiate a one-time boot menu. Select "BIOS Setup".
2. If the above step doesn't work restart the computer and press the <F2> key when the keyboard LEDs first flash to enter System Setup.
3. Select "Optical Drive" as the "First Boot Device" in the "Boot Sequence".
4. Insert the Windows 7 disc and restart the computer. Wait for the computer to boot to disc.
Do reply with results.

                    Hi sarkis510,
No problem, I am here to help you. If you can still boot to the existing Windows 7 Operating System I would like to see the structure of the partitions in your computer. Please follow the steps below to send a screenshot of the "Disk Management" window:
1. After the computer boots into Windows Operating System, press and hold Windows key in the bottom row of the keyboard and then press R.
2. This will launch the Run Dialog Box. Type "diskmgmt.msc" and hit "Enter".
3. Maximize the window that opens.
4. Take a screenshot of the window and upload to https://authentification.site.
5. Add the link to the uploaded file in the reply.
