Hello,
Try this 1
First check your RAM.
Remove the RAM from the slot, clean it and place it back properly or try another
slot. If you are having two RAMs then remove it, place only one RAM and check if
you are able to use the PC without any problem. If the problem still exists then
change the slot. If you still having the same issue then try the above procedure
with the other RAM.
If the problem still exists then
Go to C:\Windows. Look for the folder named "Minidump". Zip that file and upload
it to https://authentification.site and paste the download url here.
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
Copy that folder in another drive and check if you are able to Zip it.
Check your C-Drive Disk Space. If it is at almost full stage then perform disk clean up. Click on
the below hyperlink "Disk Cleanup" and follow the instructions

Hello,
Try this 1
Seems like the issue is with the drivers.First update all your drivers. If a blue screen again appears then once again send me the minidump file.
Good Luck

Hello,
Try this 1
As I said you need to update the drivers. First try updating your Chipset drivers.
Also let me know your motherboard brand name and complete model number.
Are you using SATA hard drive?
Good Luck
