I get a black screen after the windows logo after booting up my computer and i have to wait like 1 or 2 minutes for my pc to load (I formatted my PC today and thought it was going to fix it but it didnt)

I have a dell optiplex 745 (Desktop version) and my GPU is Radeon HD 6570 Low profile

When i right clicked the tray icon this appeared:

there are 2 AMD radeon hd 6570 so i'm wondering if my computer thinks i have dual monitors and thats why i get the black screen after the windows logo

I also used wise care to determine the time my pc needs to load and it said it loads in 21 seconds so something must be wrong

Thanks

This is purely speculation, as this person has no idea to what the computer is thinking, I Object!

I would suggest that you try updating the video drivers. You may download and install the latest version from the link below:

Hi wooxie97,

As you have mentioned the screen is blank after Windows Logo, this can possibly happen because of a faulty video card driver. Please uninstall and re-install the Video Drivers. From the image you have attached, it looks you have Windows 8 installed in the computer. Our support site does not have the drivers for Windows 8 for this machine. Moreover, this computer was not offered with "AMD Radeon HD 6570 Graphics". You can download the drivers from the AMD's Support Website. Click here to get to the drivers page directly. Furthermore, after fresh installation of Windows Dell recommends installing the drivers in the order mentioned in this link.

Hope this helps.
