Hotmail e-mail can't use..

it came out with "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account." How could solve it?

Hello

I suggest that

1. you enter a different e-mail address or

2. Create a new account.

Thank you for your suggestion! but I need to use that e-mail to check something....is it really can't open that e-mail anymore??
